What's the easiest way possible to cook prawns and mussels? Baked mussels are surely tasty meal but require longer time to prepare, ditto with the prawns. I want something tasty for both prawns and mussels yet require shorter cooking time.
So tonight, I decided to just have them boiled. You’ve probably wondering how I could make them tasteful. Of course, I didn’t just boil them in plain water. I used 7-UP (soda)!
Ingredients:
500g Green Mussels
500g Prawns/Shrimps (suahe)
500ml 7-UP soda
½ tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
1 tbsp minced ginger
Cut onion leaks (3-5 leaves)
Ground black pepper
Procedures:
Makes 4-6 servings.
Tip: Do not over boil.
